      Size&Fit Guide

      1. Due to different measurement systems, there may be slight variations in size standards. Please check the size chart we attached to each item.
      2. Our size guide is a general guideline for recommending what size we think is best, but please kindly note that some pieces might fit differently depending on the styles.
      3. There maybe 1 inch difference or so due to difference measuring methods, styles and size systems, but this is normal. Take notice to the different sizing standards.
      4.Please check measurements on each item page carefully also before placing an order.
      5. We provide sizing information in each product description, but if you have questions about a specific style’s measurements, you can always reach out to our Customer Care team if you have any questions.       Yes, you can always contact us to change your order information before it will be shipped. Please email us your order number at services@belix.com. We will get back to you within 24hrs, business days.

      Can I cancel my order?
      Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not been shipped.
      Once your order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our return policy for more information. Thank you for understanding.

      Why my order still not shipped?

      Usually it takes about 5-7 days to prepare for your order since a perfect product needs a reasonable preparing period.
      Please be assured that once your order is completed, we will arrange for shipment immediately and send you a confirmation email including the tracking number. If you don't receive the confirmation email till the estimated shipping date, please contact us.

      How do I know that my order has been shipped?
